Expert Determination is a private and confidential method of dispute resolution where CDR can either act as the Expert or can assist, i.e. represent Parties in the proceedings. The Expert’s decision is final and binding on the Parties.

CDR personnel provide an impartial and independent service together with the necessary technical expertise and practical approach to determine a dispute.
