Lisa, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, joined CDR in 2000 as a Contract Consultant and in 2009 became a Director. Lisa provides Adjudication, Mediation, Quantity Surveying and related Expert Witness services.

Since joining CDR, Lisa qualified as an Adjudicator in 2002; has become a Fellow of the RICS and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; and gained LL.M in Construction Law and Arbitration. Lisa is listed on the Chairman’s Panel of Adjudicators for RICS Scotland, on the Royal Institute of British Architects Panel, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Scottish Branch) Panel and is a Registered Adjudicator with UK Adjudicators. As well as acting as Adjudicator, Lisa has represented Parties in varying sectors of the industry in numerous adjudications with a successful record of results to date. Lisa is also an accredited Mediator and a Registered Practitioner with Scottish Mediation.

Since joining CDR in 2000, Lisa has been appointed to prepare Expert Witness Reports in the areas of quantum; loss and expense; value; and validity of variations in Final Account. Lisa is also an accredited Expert Witness.

Lisa is past chair of the Scottish Building Contracts Committee (SBCC).
